All quotes are subject to change until an order is approved and payment arrangements are finalized.

- Artwork complexity

Errors in pricing or product descriptions may be corrected at any time.
Artwork & Customer Content
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, images, or artwork submitted to Pilot Promos LLC.
By submitting artwork, you represent that:
- You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it
- The content does not infringe on intellectual property rights
- The content does not violate any laws or regulations
Pilot Promos LLC is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized artwork provided by customers.
Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all proofs before production begins.
Approval of a proof confirms acceptance of:
- Artwork layout
- Spelling and grammar
- Colors and sizing
- Product selection
- Quantity and placement details
Pilot Promos LLC is not responsible for errors approved in final proofs.
Payments
Payment terms may vary depending on the order.
We reserve the right to require:
- Full payment before production
- Deposits for large or custom orders
- Additional fees for rush production or special requests
Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment is not received as agreed.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of promotional products, most custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
If there is an issue with your order due to a production defect or fulfillment error, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery so we can review and address the issue.
Refunds, replacements, or credits are issued at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
Pilot Promos LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather events
- Supplier delays
- Customs or import issues
- Events outside our reasonable control
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
